​NOTICE TO LANDLORD/ OWNER:
 

Although deposits are collected from all customers, Wahneta Water Systems, Inc., has experienced problems with tenants vacating their residence leaving a balance due on their account.  The Notice is intended to advise you that service for rented dwellings will not be provided to said address until all paid sums are satisfied.  As a landlord/ property owner you are best suited to monitor the suitability of tenants.  Therefore, property owners may ultimately be responsible for paying unpaid balances in order to restore service to a particular residence.
